The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibility:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with the audience to foster community engagement. - Content Creation: Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, emails, and social media.
Collaborate with the team to generate innovative content ideas aligned with marketing goals. - SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions. - Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Skills Required:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A solid understanding of various digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Content Creation: Proficiency in creating compelling and engaging content across different platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- SEO Knowledge: Ability to conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, engaging with the audience, and utilizing analytics to improve social media strategies.
- Email Marketing Skills: Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including creating effective email campaigns, designing templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other PPC advertising tools to create and optimize campaigns.
- Creative and Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to craft persuasive marketing content and effectively engage with the audience across different platforms.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Ability to adapt to changing trends, learn new digital marketing tools and techniques, and stay updated with the latest industry practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience 0-2 Years in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media trends, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
