Job Description:- Paytm Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-inspired individuals to join our technology gold team as interns. This role is designed for candidates who enjoy working in the field, interacting with people, and collecting meaningful insights that can help us improve our products and services.
As a part of this internship, you will spend your morning (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) going to various places across the city. Your primary responsibility will be to collect feedback from customers, understand their experiences, and record the insights reflecting their needs and preferences. These conclusions will play an important role in increasing the offerings to the Gold team and helping to increase the satisfaction of existing customers.
In addition to fieldwork, you will cooperate with the team to share reports and contribute to ideas that can positively affect product development. This internship provides the opportunity to learn about customer behavior, financial products, and how the field response is translated into real business decisions.
