The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting products like smart speakers and scanners, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. This field sales role requires strong communication skills, a 10th-grade education, and 3-6 months of sales experience. A bike and driving license are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Conduct area visits to discover potential customers and give an explanation for the benefits of PhonePe products, such as clever speakers and scanners.
- Build a network of customers via assembly with business owners, traders, and other stakeholders in the assigned vicinity.
Product Promotion:
- Provide targeted product demonstrations to clients, highlighting features, functionality, and benefits.
- Answer client queries and ensure they apprehend the benefits of using PhonePe solutions.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives continually.
- Develop strategies to acquire short-term and lengthy-time period income desires.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain correct statistics of customer interactions and sales development.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with customers to ensure pleasure and loyalty.
Field Sales Execution:
