Key responsibilities

Manage the calls of incoming and outgoing customers to solve problems related to the product or service.
Keep a high level of professionalism while helping customers.
Document customer interactions and update the information in the system with precision.
Provide quick, efficient, and empathic solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Scale problems have not been resolved in the higher departments as necessary.
Make the daily performance metrics on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Guarantee compliance with Tech Mahindra policies and data privacy standards.

Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: First-year students and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are eligible.
Communication skills: strong verbal communication in English and Hindi without an important MTI (influence of the mother tongue).
Writing skills: minimum 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 90%.
Work mode: Work from Office (WFO) – Kolkata location.
Work hours: rotary changes between 9:00 a.m. At 9:00 p.m., the duration of the 9-hour work is with a 1-hour break.
Commitment: There are no planned sheets during the first 3 months after joining.
Work days: 5 days of work, 2 days of the week of rotation.

Required skills (Soft Skills)

Excellent oral communication in English and Hindi.
Strong listening skills and problem-solving.
30 WPM writing speed with 90%accuracy.
Good understanding of the MS Office and CRM tools.
Patience and a client mentality first.
Ability to work in rotational changes, including night shifts.
Time management and multitasking capacity.
