Key responsibilities
As a client success associate in Tech Mahindra, you:
- Manage customer consultations efficiently through voice support.

Eligibility criteria

- Desire to work in rotational innings (9 am to 9 am, any of 10 hours).
- Immediate carpineers will receive priority.

Selection process

- Final Round – Operations/Management Interview.
