The International Outbound Sales (Voice Process) position at TELUS International includes making outbound calls to residential customers, promoting telecom products, and constructing customer relationships. 3. Handling Objections: Use probing and negotiation skills to conquer objections.

5. System Navigation: Efficiently work through more than one piece of equipment and structure concurrently.
6. Continuous Learning: Participate in training classes and percentage first-class practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education:
10+2 or Any Graduate (No graduation requirement for exceptional applicants).
Experience:
Minimum 1 yr in International BPO income (Outbound Sales, Cross-Selling, Inbound Sales, or International Debt Collections).
Skills:
- Strong English verbal exchange.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and cold calling.
- Cross-promoting, upselling, and lead era.
