Job Description:

As a Vendor Management Analyst at NVIDIA, you may play an important function within the Finance group at NVIDIA’s Global Resource Center (GRC) in Bengaluru. This function includes coping with dealer grasp data within the agency’s ERP machine, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with NVIDIA’s regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Onboarding and Updates:

• Oversee the entire seller onboarding and replacement method, from initial registration to machine integration.
• Collect, affirm, and validate information submitted via vendors, making sure thorough due diligence concerning economic balance, certifications, and felony compliance.
• Ensure all required documentation, compliance checks, and approvals are completed before vendor activation or updates.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate an easy onboarding experience.
• Deliver education and assist inner users on supplier management systems and methods.

System Management:

• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to dealer statistics or device capability.
• Collaborate with IT and gadget administrators to decorate the device’s overall performance and talents.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades to streamline the onboarding system and enhance statistics accuracy.
• Implement pointers for machine upgrades and manner optimizations.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that vendor onboarding techniques follow inner rules and external guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, enterprise management, or an associated discipline.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and AP (Accounts Payable) modules.
• Experience with Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) module or similar equipment.
• Excellent conversation, interpersonal, and customer support capabilities.
• Ability to paint independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and trouble-solving abilties.
