PhD Intern – Wipro GE Healthcare involves implementing advanced thermal engineering principles to develop cooling solutions for medical imaging equipment in the thermal design role. Responsibilities include demonstration of CFD and thermal simulation, analysis of thermal issues, prototyping and valid designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
