Job Description:- Walk in Interview Bangalore
We are looking for an inspired support analyst to join our IT support team and assist users with applications, systems, and network-related concerns. In this role, you will handle the events reported through phone, email, chat, or walk-in, which will ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution. You will also be responsible for logging in the logging and event management systems correctly in every conversation.
The ideal candidate will depend on the user’s issues, provide initial updates, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, following service management guidelines. You will be expected to identify and enhance those important matters that need immediate attention, follow the pending tickets, and ensure that they are solved within the agreed service levels.

You will support general applications such as MS Office, Outlook, O 365, Zoom, Jabber, and VPN, while Windows, Mac, and VDI will also stop the atmosphere. Networking basics like DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP will be helpful. This role requires flexibility to work with rotating shifts and weekly holidays in a 24/7 atmosphere.
