The Associate JTO – MCC is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless operational processes, fiscal management, and inter-departmental collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and business efficiency. Requisition Processing:

• Manage requisition paperwork and different business documentation correctly.

Account and Payment Management:

• Maintain and update account statistics accurately.

• Foster effective verbal exchange among groups for clean operations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist with tax preparation, periodic critiques, and compliance audits.
• Update and keep economic spreadsheets and reviews.

Budgeting and Policy Review:

• Prepare working budgets, economic statements, and particular reviews.
• Periodically evaluate and replace financial policies to ensure compliance with guidelines.

Payroll Administration:

• Provide help in processing payroll effectively and accurately.

Documentation and Record Management
