Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Transformation & Standardization:
- Regularly endorse improvements to offer tactics and systems.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any modifications in strategies or systems, supplying critical comments to the Process Head (PH).
2. Invoice Verification & Processing:
- Review all invoices thoroughly, making sure they meet Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements.
- Coordinate with mailroom dealers for doubtful invoices and with plant clients for missing supporting files.
- Execute a three-way suit on invoices and verify all data before processing.
- Adjust fee phrases as consistent with Purchase Order (PO), calculate penalties or debits based on terms, and make crucial entries in SAP.
3. Review & Reconciliation:
- Conduct month-to-month interunit reconciliation for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) transactions and submit the document to the R2R team.
- Monitor pending Direct Invoicing (DI) entries associated with freight payments, notifying clients for motion as required.
4. Risk Management & Governance:
- Accurately account for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and replace tax codes even as reserving invoices.
- Ensure the right GST code utility on invoices and manipulate GST holds for choosing out groups as consistent with procedure tips.
5. Continuous Capability Improvement:
- Regularly replace understanding of UKSC strategies to decorate efficiency in responsibilities.
- Participate in training and improvement obligations geared towards boosting technique and technical information.
